At USA Flag Co., we stand behind the craftsmanship of our American-made flags and home decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused flag or home accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
